Course Title: Radiology: Spinal Ligament Injuries – 3 hours

this short three hour class is a condensed version of the 15 hour class that Dr. Cronk as to what for the AAMVI in the past.

Course Purpose and Objective  

Purpose: To explain the importance of excessive translational and angular motion with injuries to the spine.

Objective: Give the provider additional tools to ligament laxity in the spine.

•    Understanding the mechanism of injury to spinal ligamentous structures
•      The importance of digital measurements when analyzing these injuries
•      The importance of in terms of case management
•     How these findings are used to determine a whole person permanent impairment rating.
